This CRM system was designed by taking the best points from a number of other high priced systems, and eliminating all other functionality.

The result is a system that is very powerful yet extremely simple and intuitive to use. Readily accepted by users with little (or even no training). At the same time providing an excellent overview for the Sales Manager.

The basic features we consider important are:

• Easy to use for sales people that are not necessarily computer literate
• Comprehensive customer details file to hold all information about that customer, and the inter-actions.
• Powerful filtering & sorting functions, to identify a target group of customers for marketing purposes, eg all large customers in a specific category in Southland.
• Automated reminders to follow up.
• To do bulk mail outs, emails, faxes from a selected (filtered) customer list

For the Sales Manager:

• Ability to identify what sales staff did e.g. last week
• And what they have to do next week

• Uses standard Microsoft products, .NET with an SQL database, so can be run either over a local network, or on a Web Server
• Most importantly, an upgrade path exists with the Advanced Version providing unlimited customisation to user specifications..
